- Availability of cargo-handling place, freight elevator (with carrying capacity not less than 500 kilograms) in case if premises are situated outside unloading place.
- Operating services of heat supply, water supply, sewerage system, ventilation, fire fighting system.
- Complete interior finishing (floor covered with flooring tile, ceiling should be ‘Armstrong’ or net, walls ready for painting).
